Dr. Beth Ringwelski
CEO · Chiropractor · Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician
When I was 14, an orthopedic surgeon told me I had cancer.
He was wrong. What I actually had was scoliosis, and back pain so bad it brought me to tears. A chiropractor changed everything. Three months later I was pain free. That moment is why I do this work.
I didn’t grow up as an athlete. I picked up running in my adult years and it completely changed my life. Sixteen marathons later, including Boston, running has taken me to Japan, India, Belarus, Poland, Germany, and Italy. I’m still going and I’m still grateful for every single mile.
That’s exactly who I work with.
If you’re an athlete, a runner, a weekend warrior, or just someone who refuses to slow down, you’re in the right place. I’m not going to hand you a drawn out treatment plan or tell you to stop doing what you love. My approach is simple: we’ve got this, let’s get you better as fast as possible, and I’ll throw everything I have at it to make that happen.
I’m a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and have spent years working with elite athletes, including traveling internationally with the US Speedskating Junior Team as part of their medical personnel. I’ve worked with athletes from the MLB, the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, and Team USA programs across multiple sports.
From newborns to Olympians, and everyone in between who just wants to keep moving, I’m here for it.
